Solquatica is a deep tech breakthrough in turbine and piston engine technology for power plants and all transports. It works with engineering firms on advanced fuel ignition, targeting unmatched efficiency and climate impact— capable of efficiency gains of 6% to 40% depending on the application.

Burning cooler, it aims for 25% less maintenance and 97% less NOx emissions. in addition, it generally tolerates a wider fuel range for lower cost biofuels. The extra efficiency and biofuel receptivity are both incredibly important in these times of recently confirmed accelerated global warming (Hansen et al., 2003).

And with our partner, Rizome Bamboo’s engineered lumber material and ambitions for a 25% global, annual carbon reduction (X-Prize candidate), we anticipate a long term plan utilization of their waste for bio-fuels.

For turbofan planes and turbine power plants, we target operational costs to be cut by 15%+ and noise pollution to be cut by 1/3. For reciprocating engine power plants and automobiles, one can expect an average of 12% and 30% improvement in efficiency respectively.

Working with reputable engineering firms, the above technologies have been validated using computer simulations and/or conceptual review.

The technologies primarily use practical systems that the automotive and aerospace industry already trust. For example, for planes, it retains proven elements like dual-spool compression, planetary reduction gearing, and standard jet cores, while integrating new combustion, fuel, and thermal management systems that redefine performance. Similarly, for automobiles, it uses proven advances in water-rich fuel technology as well as novel engine timings.

This fusion of revolutionary capability with proven engineering makes the Solquatica engines far easier to build, integrate, and certify — enabling rapid adoption at scale without rebuilding the industry from scratch.
